With a Service Level Agreement we support and repair your system to the level that you select.This ensures that we will do everything possible to prevent any problems before they occur thereby keeping our service requirements to a minimum and therefore interruption to you operation also to a minimum.
Solutionware can supply you with a Service Level Agreement that will fit your requirements.
The Service level Agreements come in 2 Levels:
- Total Care
- Extra Care
The service level agreements provide you with a selected level of support for a regular monthly payment.
You also are rewarded with a reduction in our hourly rates for issues not covered by the Agreement you have selected.
Companies on service level agreements also get regular monthly reports on the status of their system.
